1. Services Offered
Readings by Frances ("we," "us," "Frances") offers intuitive tarot reading sessions online and in-person at events. Services are booked through this website or by direct contact.
2. Entertainment and Personal Guidance
All readings are provided for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual guidance purposes only. Tarot readings do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or any other professional advice. Frances makes no claims of predicting the future with certainty.
3. You Are Responsible for Your Decisions
Any decisions you make based on a reading are solely your own responsibility. You acknowledge that you are an adult (18+) seeking guidance for personal enrichment, and that you retain full autonomy over your choices and actions.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session may forfeit payment. Please contact us directly if you need to reschedule.
5. Refunds
Because readings are personal and time-based services, refunds are not offered after a session has taken place. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out directly and we will do our best to address your concern.
6. Conduct
We reserve the right to end any session or decline service to anyone who is abusive, disrespectful, or behaves in a manner inconsistent with a safe, respectful exchange.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
